My only gripe about this is the handle. In hindsight, I should have stopped by a store and checked out the organize of the deal with before I bought it online. The recess in the topside of the deal with that runs the length of the deal with is a bit steep and has a tendency to dig into your hand/wrist as you hold it. I have other pans from the Pro-Clad (Emeril) line that are much better. In fact, if I could have found this same griddle in the Pro-Clad line, I would have returned this one in exchange for a Pro-Clad, plainly because of the handle. Otherwise, I think this is a great product. The deal with is a big sufficient issue for me that I've given this stock a 3-star rating, rather than a 5-star.
