This is an excellent Griddle. Very thick and cooks brilliantly. My only complaint is I wish it didn't have the deal with indents so it would fully fit over my burners. Other than that I have been cooking on it non stop since I purchased it. This was a badly needed increasing to my kitchen and I looked at a lot of griddles before I decided on this one. I am very pleased with my decision.
